Reformer Classes
What should we know about the services you provide? Better descriptions result in more sales.This is the foundation class that everyone needs. SPF focuses on the fundamentals of reformer pilates. This class is the perfect balance between a full body flow and an energetic workout optimised to your individual needs and capability. It is challenging but satisfying and suitable for everyone. We will guide you through sequences that support the body and promote safe movement using the reformer.

Solar Power is a class that will leave you feeling sweaty but energised: a fast-paced athletic class that combines dynamic moves with strength training. This class is designed to include cardio, the use of props, and of course, funky beats.
It is a pre-requisite to have attended the Sunroom SPF Class (beginner class) before booking Solar Power Class. If unsure, please contact the studio.
This class is not suitable during pregnancy or for some injuries (please contact the studio).
Where reformer pilates meets HIIT Circuit training, join us as we orbit the sun with 10 Stations, 3 rounds, and sweet vibes. A challenging class that takes the best parts of traditional Pilates and mixes it with intensity for a total body workout.

Mat Classes
Full body sculpting mat Pilates with a twist. Sun Kissed is our signature class that combines the core aspects of traditional pilates and mixes it up with some powerful and athletic sequences. There is nowhere to hide in this class, just you against gravity. The simplest, yet toughest form of Pilates. High energy but low impact, this class sculpts the body while providing movements that assist with mobility - the golden combination! All levels welcome.
This mat class is focussed on the glutes and core to get the heart and booty pumping! Think strength and aerobic training, set to an epic playlist. You will love everything Booty Burn has to offer! The combination of props and body weight will help you connect your body and your mind through inspiring and challenging movement. Trust us when we say this one gets addictive.

Set in a heated space designed to mimic the gentle embrace of the sun, this class is the perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. As you move through dynamic Pilates exercises, the warmth will help loosen tight muscles, boost your circulation, and deepen your stretch.
Breathe deeply, and feel your body grow stronger and more balanced, all while basking in the radiance of the Sunroom. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a rejuvenating experience for both body and mind.

This is a HIIT class that combines Mat pilates with weight and endurance training. We incorporate dynamic movements, layer in elements of Pilates. This class can be what you make it. We can level up your practice, or you can go at your own pace. We want you to feel welcomed and get you MOVING.

Strength based hot class. Let’s build muscles and work up a sweat. We utilise heavier free weights and go through functional movements that will assist in strengthening and mobility. we offer levels for most abilities but if you are unsure you can always contact us.
