PERSONAL AGREEMENT
I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sunroom Pilates and Movement, their trainers or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Sunroom Pilates and Movement will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. If in the unlikely circumstances your property is to go missing, please report it to a staff member immediately.
I understand that booking into a class with Sunroom Pilates and Movement demonstrates that I agree with the above Terms & Conditions
PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure, alteration, or destruction we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, you should keep in mind that the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely

Studio General Terms and Conditions
1. The studios new client introductory offer (valid for 10 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the intro offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking. Clients found to be buying the First Time Introduction more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred. This introductory offer will also be subject to cancellation and no-show fees as stated below.
2. A minimum of three people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email at a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and your session returned.
3. Booking cancellations made - 8 hours prior to class start time will forfeit that session, including no-shows and absences.
If you cancel after the 8 hours:
Sun Lover Members (including Sun Lover Foundation Members) will incur a $10 fee for late cancel.
Class Pack members (Intro offer, Casual, 5 & 10 Class - Floor & Reformer) who late cancel will forfeit their session.
4. Payment must be made prior to booking. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.
5. Out of consideration for the teacher and other clients please don't be late. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, your spot may be given to a waitlisted or stand-by client and you may not be able to attend.
6. Owners and/or instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
7. If a class you want is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available you will receive either an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. You are under no obligation to take a waitlisted offer, but please respond if you can attend or not. If you cannot make it, your place will be offered to the next client. It is your responsibility to see if your waitlist has cleared. Failure to respond to the waitlist offer will result in a forfeited session.
8. Class Packs are valid for 1, 2 or 3 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
9. Class Packs ( 5 & 10 Packs - All Classes and Floor) will auto-refill unless Sunroom Pilates and Movement is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
10. Sessions are not transferable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.
11. Gift cards can be used for group classes and privates at Sunroom Pilates and Movement. They are not redeemable for cash and are non transferable. Sunroom Pilates and Movement does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
Class Cancellation Policy
CLASS PACKS (Including Intro Offer)
Cancellations made more than 8 hours before class will get the session back
Late Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class will forfeit the session.
No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session and will be charged a $35 No Show Fee for a reformer class and $22 for a mat class.
Fees will be charged by the card or account on file within 24hrs of the class unattended and uncanceled.
MEMBERSHIPS (Sun Lover, Sun Lover Foundation, Sunroom Solstice Members)
Late Cancellations made less than 8 hours before class will forfeit the session and unlimited members will be will be charged $10 for the late cancellation
Members will automatically be charged a $35 No Show fee for reformer classes and $22 for mat classes they’re marked absent for.
Fees will be charged automatically using the card on file within 24hrs of the class unattended and uncanceled.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
A strict 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Please cancel online or contact us on 0434900214. If you do not cancel you will be charged a cancellation fee to the cost of the private session.
Sunroom Membership Terms & Conditions

Sun Lover / Foundation / Solstice / Challenge
Sun Lover
1. All Memberships operate on a month by month autopay schedule from the credit card stored in Momence (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
2. Memberships will continue with scheduled autopays unless Sunroom Pilates and Movement is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
3. Memberships may be subject to price increase, but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.
4. A $10 late cancel fee will be charged to all Sun Lover Members who late cancel a class within 6 hours of the start time. A fee will occur for all Membership holders who NO SHOW. The fees are reflective of the cost of a casual class for both Reformer and Mat respectively ($35 fee for reformer and $22 fee for mat).This will be processed automatically via the stored credit card details at the end of each week.
5. Sun Lover Membership contracts can purchase additional sessions at $16 per class. This is the responsibility of the member to arrange prior to taking class via purchasing individual sessions through Momence. If during the weekly cycle, an extra session is taken and shows as owing, $16 will automatically be charged to the card on file per session booked, regardless of late cancellation or no show.
MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
1. At least 1 weeks written notice is required for membership pauses suspensions. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
1. Sunroom Pilates and Movement requires at least 7 days written notice to terminate membership. Please email a request to bask@sunroompilates.com.au or contact us through the Momence app.
2. In the case of long term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
3. Sunroom Pilates ad Movement may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.

Challenge Class Packs
1. Class Packs (excluding Intro Offer and Challenge packs) will auto-refill unless Sunroom Pilates and Movement is notified of a cancellation request in writing (see Termination Policy below).
2. Clients who late cancel a class within 8 hours of the start time will forfeit their class credit. A No Show Fee will occur for all class pack holders who NO SHOW. The fees are reflective of the cost of a casual class for both Reformer and Mat respectively ($35 fee for reformer and $22 fee for mat). This will be processed automatically via the stored credit card details at the end of each week.
CLASS PACK TERMINATION

STUDIO POLICIES
A maximum of 10 clients are able to attend a group session, SPF, Solar Power or Circuit.
A maximum of 14 clients are able to attend a group session, Sun Kissed & Sunroom Sculpt, Booty Burn, Sunroom Serenity and Sunroom Yoga (including HOT).
A maximum of 20 clients are able to attend a group session, Solar Charge and Super Charged Circuit.
All sessions run for a total of 45 minutes - 55 minutes
Mobiles are not to be used during class and are to be left in pigeon holes, unless there are special circumstances.
Please arrive on time for your class, if you arrive later than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time the trainer has the right to refuse you participating.
Let your trainer know of any injuries or concerns prior to the class commencing.
You must be 14 years of age to attend classes.
Pregnant clients may participate in group classes until 16 weeks unless discussed with the studio owner prior to participating in classes
